Students who enjoy their first class will have the opportunity to sign up for our Beginner's Introductory Special. Our Beginner's Special includes a uniform & belt and 2 classes a week for 4 weeks all for $79. All students who schedule a free class will be guaranteed a spot in their Beginner Class if they sign up on a Beginner's Special the day of their first class. Spots in each class fill quickly, so we recommend that students who enjoy their first class sign up to continue during their first visit. We offer a very flexible schedule with lots of class options for each age level throughout the week. Students are encouraged to attend class twice a week. We offer what we believe is the best martial art in the world. Taekwondo is an exciting and powerful martial art known for its dynamic kicking and hand techniques. Although these martial art techniques are centuries old, our programs are always evolving to keep pace with the rapidly changing world. We offer and extremely flexible class schedule with classes for ages 4 through adult. Classes are divided by age and skill level to ensure all students get the most out of their training.
Tiny Tigers is our program designed specifically for 4 to 6 year old children. This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as: Confidence, Courtesy, Respect, Discipline, Honesty and Perseverance. All classes are taught using the most safe, fun, and exciting instruction methods available for this age group. In addition, the Tiny Tigers program is designed to improve children's motor skills and enhance their ability to follow directions.
Karate for Kids is our program for children ages 7-12. This program includes a star based incentive program to reward good behavior at home, at school, and in the neighborhood. We believe that our programs can help children develop self-confidence and self-defense skills and have fun at the same time. All students advance from one belt level to the next based on their own improvement and capabilities, not how they compare to other children. Classes include individualized attention under the supervision of a certified instructor. Karate kids are: Boys and girls ages 7 - 12, Kids who like to do new and exciting things, Kids who don't like to be afraid and kids who need to grow up with self-confidence and Kids who deserve more from a sports program than sitting on a bench. Our Karate for Kids school emphasizes NOT being bullies. In addition to learning kicks and punches, your child will learn valuable life lessons.
We offer a very flexible schedule for busy teens and adults ages 13 and up. You're never too old to start! We over a variety of evening and afternoon classes to fit every schedule. Exercises and drills are tailored to the needs of all students in class. All students are encouraged to train to the best of their ability and our staff is trained to offer alternative exercises and drills for students with physical limitations. Whether you are looking for a great workout to add to your fitness routine, self defense skills or improved focus and flexibility, you'll find what you're looking for!
